Oh, how I wish that this was a sonnet. Worthy of the love story we lived in my mind. How I wish it was immortalising the love we shared and the beautiful family we built. Oh, it was wonderful, our love lived on outside our bodies, it had your eyes and my smile. Time became our treasure chest, keeping track of all the moment which made our hearts skip a beat. Time was good to us, your beard never looked better as it started having more salt than pepper with the welcoming of our grandchildren. Like fine wine, our love matured, and got better with age. Like the solar system, we found our natural flow, moving separately and together at the same time. What a wonderful life we lived. As I mourn what could have been, I am at peace with letting it go.
