I wish things weren't the way they were, i wish that they could change
Some people need to take two steps back and their life rearrange,
I've seen couples that were so unhappy, but we're still together for years,
Can I startover?Am I too fat? too old? are just a few of their fears,
I even see couples who can't stand being in the same room.
That is not a relationship that's a couple that is doomed,
Some people stay together, they say it's for the kids,
That's not a good reason to waste years, being unhappy never really is
You Sit and wonder why the person you're with always does you wrong?And why you're still with them and put up with it so long, Its to much work to start over, meet someone new,and haveto figure them out,
You build yourself up to gain confidence and lose any doubt
You might even leave, tell yourself you could do this, you just don't get too far, where will i go ,where will i sleepi dont even have a car,
People stay like this for along time and try to justify why
The time goes by fast, the years will fly by and the way they lived they die
