The myth that pain must wear a bra:

Dismiss the tale that hurt must hide
Inside a body built to oppose;
Pain's badge is worn with fractured pride,
Battlescars, he never shows.

Sadly, our society believes it does. Men don't get ***** How would that even be possible?
"How could he?! If he wasn't aroused, how could he... you know... get hard?" Oh, sweet Susan, no.
No, no, no.
Here’s the unspeakable secret wrapped in awkward medical facts: during trauma, bodies react in weird ways. Some men experience involuntary erections or even ******* during assault (Spoiler alert - some women do as well).
It’s biology’s cruel joke. The nervous system is messy and merciless - and unpredictable. Some people shut down and pretend to be dead. Some fight. YOU can never know what you would do. What YOUR BODY would do. So don't come now with "I wOuLd FiGhT bAcK!"
Anyway, society? Oh, society just laughs. It smirks. It calls the victim a liar, a wimp, or worse - assumes the pain doesn’t exist.
So these men swallow shame like bitter medicine and keep silent in the shadows.
Imagine laughing at a woman for surviving **** Impossible, right? Then ask yourself why men get heckled instead of help.
To any male survivors reading this: You are not alone. You are tougher than the shitstorm around you.
