How can those glances remain in my heart? They touch my soul so lightly. I am now but a shadow of those glances, so do not try to see my face. Glances like sunlight and birdsong. Speak a little, for silence kills everything. If it weren't for this terrible silence, all this sadness would not have happened. A silence behind which lost glances hide, And killed dreams.

LOST GLANCES
How can those glances remain in my heart? They touch my soul so lightly. I am now but a shadow of those glances, so do not try to see my face. Glances like sunlight and birdsong. Speak a little, for silence kills everything. If it weren't for this terrible silence, all this sadness would not have happened. A silence behind which lost glances hide, And killed dreams.
