I am lost today Lost in the sea of my own mind I am drowning, gasping for air Frantically clawing at the sea for escape I am so afraid Eyes wide open and still I can not see The darkness is all consuming Enveloping me into its icy embrace It's so cold Goose bumps rise on my flesh My hands tremble The cold steals the breath from my lungs I can not speak I open my mouth wide I scream I hear nothing I am lost
