Ripping skin Bleeding heart Intertwined as one Yet worlds apart Pain Both emotional And self inflicted Physical Metal Digging deep Tears of true, Searing agony I caused blood I was in control Finally the one To create that hole. Intense burns Throbbing pain But my eyes see Only the gain Not the blood Not the scars Just all my victories My conquered wars. Moans of pain Are music to my ears They wash away All the fears. The fear of being controlled Emoting by someone elses will The fear of not living a life of my own My story written by anothers quill. So I stare at the blood flowing out With gratefulness in my eyes For all the pain I endured This is my prize.
