Breathe in four, hold two, Exhale six, let gravity do Its quiet work, grounding you. Name the feeling in your hands— Hurt, sadness, or rejection stands. Whisper softly, “This is okay,” And watch it drift, dissolve, away. Place your hand upon your heart, Speak gentle truths to start: “I am enough. This does not define me. I am safe. I am free.” Open your eyes, carry calm anew, A small reset, always with you.

A Two Minute reset
Breathe in four, hold two, Exhale six, let gravity do Its quiet work, grounding you. Name the feeling in your hands— Hurt, sadness, or rejection stands. Whisper softly, “This is okay,” And watch it drift, dissolve, away. Place your hand upon your heart, Speak gentle truths to start: “I am enough. This does not define me. I am safe. I am free.” Open your eyes, carry calm anew, A small reset, always with you.
