Time drips, drop and slips away Our life time ticks away And no one sec of time will be regained ever Time flies away Each day dashes out of sight, Never to reappear Each minute sinks as soon as it rises, Nine years spent in elementary school Which floats us into high school And Teacher says; read at least Eight hours a day, We graduated to solid foods, no more Seven days make a week... Six years passed, with some proud of the time spent, and then Five years in College or Four, bringing forth fruits of time utilized Some go and achieve beyond certificates Three years later produces Two children and the young ones discovers time fleeting nature in rhymes or song Singing Time drips, time drips drops Nine, eight, seven, six, five ,four ,three, two One and then we are at old age Perhaps the creator spares our lives And Zero
