This sets a great many expectations for failure. I am not a licensed therapist in Wales (not anymore&#8212;not since the "incident") but the greatest thing you can do is to love yourself but, understand the great many things that obstruct you from this.

Communication is a valuable tool&#8212;when used effectively (and most importantly, when we use it with ourselves) effective communication requires honesty and the best honesty is home grown. Keep writing, feed the world!
