Cannibalistic cravings,   Marinating me in hope.   A face seared into my mind,   Savoring the finest pieces of me.   Preserve me for your lingering hunger.   You are consuming me.   Devouring what we could be. Each taste leaving you less satisfied,   A bittersweet flavor of desire and dread. Your appetite leaves me hollow.
