Tremendous hole in my heart
My brain?empty
My body?numb
I closed my eyes
touting for peace but,
my inside was raging
Deep in my hole
I kept asking the same question
Why the pain and fear kept recurring
The light became dimmer until it was dark
This time all I wanted was,
To see the light and,
A remedy to heal
This time all I wanted was,
Peace and a reason to live.
