A reset to Mother Earth Taking a little nap From growing and growing So much green She donned the white Willingly and joyfully Why not me As I recall the joyous Rides down the hills Most fun only Winter can offer I’m bidding farewell To the reset Respite Offered As I gently await The awakening

A Kind Farewell to Winter
