A weight presses upon my chest A burden that's hard to repress The smile I wear, a disguise so thin A mask that hides the pain within The world outside moves with ease While I'm stuck in this dark unease The laughter and joy, a distant hum A reminder of what's been undone In the mirror, a stranger's face A reflection of a troubled place The eyes that stare, a deep despair A soul that's searching, without a care The silence screams, the darkness calls A whisper that echoes, through it all A heart that's breaking, a soul that's worn A cry for help, in the dead of dawn

Not okay
A weight presses upon my chest A burden that's hard to repress The smile I wear, a disguise so thin A mask that hides the pain within The world outside moves with ease While I'm stuck in this dark unease The laughter and joy, a distant hum A reminder of what's been undone In the mirror, a stranger's face A reflection of a troubled place The eyes that stare, a deep despair A soul that's searching, without a care The silence screams, the darkness calls A whisper that echoes, through it all A heart that's breaking, a soul that's worn A cry for help, in the dead of dawn
