Last night I was dreaming
I was an astronaut
Soaring though the night sky
Flying through the heavens
And looking down to see
The whole world
Sleeping so peacefully
Moments later
My alarms went off
Wearily I awoke
I sat up
And rubbed my eyes
Through a slightly blurry gaze
I realized what that dream
Means to me
As I stand up looking down
At my whole world
Sleeping peacefully
