I started to speak to the grass, Yet the breeze gave the reply, I went ahead and screamed to the land, Still what came back was an echo, I want to sing and sing out loud, Hoping it would reach underneath, But just the soil in between, Separates the body of you and me. I hope you know how I miss, The words I wish to emit, So I kept singing and singing– Until the melodies grew hoarse. But what you heard wasn't music, It was the crawls of maggots.

Desperate Longing
I started to speak to the grass, Yet the breeze gave the reply, I went ahead and screamed to the land, Still what came back was an echo, I want to sing and sing out loud, Hoping it would reach underneath, But just the soil in between, Separates the body of you and me. I hope you know how I miss, The words I wish to emit, So I kept singing and singing– Until the melodies grew hoarse. But what you heard wasn't music, It was the crawls of maggots.
