I could stay here forever A prisoner of my own ways Blurred lights on the river bed Vague memories visiting Strings bending through eternity Waiting kills the moment The moment is crucial It captures the feeling But the feeling is trapped, so Waiting kills the moment A copper-colored potion Sitting on the floor Waiting for me to take a chance To take a step So I step into vertigo I lose more than I get I'm trying to fit in But the passion inside me Is ripping my efforts apart, so I lose more than I get

A bottomless pond
I could stay here forever A prisoner of my own ways Blurred lights on the river bed Vague memories visiting Strings bending through eternity Waiting kills the moment The moment is crucial It captures the feeling But the feeling is trapped, so Waiting kills the moment A copper-colored potion Sitting on the floor Waiting for me to take a chance To take a step So I step into vertigo I lose more than I get I'm trying to fit in But the passion inside me Is ripping my efforts apart, so I lose more than I get
