The butterflies I feel, and the thoughts that cross my mind, The emptiness in my heart, and the void you fill inside. The voices in my head that tells me to do the right thing, Only for me to succumb to this mystery I’m feeling The way I question everything I thought I already knew, To the way I think of the future that could be me and you… The guilt that radiates through my entire being, Followed by the anger that makes me feel like crying The way you drive me crazy as I think of you every minute And the way my heart skips a beat, like it’s at its limit You put me at a crossroads, confused and in disarray Because it’s been so long, since I have felt this way

Crossroads
