Oh Lord never
forsake thy
servant, never
leave those who
cast their trust on
you in distress.
Take hold and
shield and buckler,
be their defence
and cast their
enemies off before
them, make their
enemies a footstool
for Thee are Gad
who keeps your
people under the
wings of thee shadow.
Let those who
wait on Thee
receive according
as their hopes in
Thee. Amen!
