Raining day through the dark clouds in the sky shower rained to go home had to climb two mountains crossing a reservoir passing a town had to cross the river I picked a large pumpkin leaf from the fence near the school on the head carrying the booklet on right shoulder ran. mother suffered when clothes got wet from the rain, hard rain father had to make more money when books and notebooks got wet and torn I had no choice but to run at same point a pumpkin leave flew away a stream of hard rain ran down with tears wet cheeks running down neck soaking pant and socks children giggled when I couldn't solve math problems teacher laughed with a gentle smile alone I was sad. I did well. I trembled because of her eyes in the front row looking into my eyes I am still shaking I have to run run faster I still remember the day I ran home in the rain.
