The Blue Planet 12/16/2021 From yonder, I glanced, through her blue veil, that subtle pulsation of the crust. Most that feed off of her, hardly realize, she’s alive. Yet, I know she breathes The waves heaving, inhaling and exhaling. Yes, her oceans too, breathe. That, which seems immobile, it too is wandering at a glacial pace, yet, they too live. Knowing, that we breathe in tandem with her, why are we then deliberately, slowly, choking her, each day, poisoning her. She is truly one of a kind, most awesome in those autumn hues. It’s time to live in harmony, and let her live as well.
