Summer was ending we sat by the sea the waves called to us seagulls flew above children played with sand building sandcastles that the sea would smash at the next high tide. We didn't speak much words clung in our mouths reluctant to move. Our love was dying all the memories that we had shared here had gone at low tide and we were shadows of a former love sitting in deckchairs side by lonely side watching the coming of the next high tide.

Summer Was Ending 1980.
