My life is built up in fantasies
Of broken dreams and fallacies
I am trying to just escape reality
Me, feeling the energy that I lack
Trying to find a way to claim it back
Looking for a way to gain control
Dreaming of when my reality feels whole
As so far, it has taken its toll on my soul
I can’t live forever inside of my fantasies
But I want to feel like I’m always dreaming
