First, does the person want to be undisturbed or not? Or is this a play on words? And if the person is what she or he claims, "frozen, unmovable" the, her or his, situation can`t be pleasant. Them why she or he, as it seems in those lines, does not want to be undisturbed.
The question is, undisturbed in what sense? The person does not want to be molested... she or he wants to stay in the state that she or he is.
The last line spoils the poem a bit. The person will find peace, but peace is offered to him or her and the reply is, "Even if I wanted, but I don`t.
