Elastic band in the drawer, Stretched and pulled, Left on the floor. Her colour was a midnight black, She wished her rubber ring, to never rip or snap. No one used her, they all ignored her. She was dull, and gathered up fur. This small lonely elastic band, wished to end your hair, with a helping hand. She would be the perfect product, To make her feel like a moon or stardust. Elastic band in the drawer, Stretched and pulled, The one nobody wore.
