I. Winter We were good friends But we both knew We wanted to be more So we exchanged Sweet gestures And thought that it would last Or maybe that was just me Because II. Spring Spring came and You changed your mind And I was left alone To think of what went wrong Because you left Without leaving an explanation Or even just a goodbye Leaving me lethargic III. Summer But not because of The hot summer days I kept myself busy Trying to remember Who I was before We happened And day by day I remembered But still you lingered IV. Autumn On the corners of my mind But I have become resilient Just as you said I would be When you wrote that letter Containing an apology When you didn't have to Cause I will And I did Forgive you anyway
