Join me in my search of truth How could I be when you don’t hear my voice The wet grass is cold The moon is hiding behind clouds Join me in my journey now The wind cuts my skin, it’s cold My lips are dry from singing like a bird About the world I’ve seen and heard I wonder why there’s rain Droplets shedding pain Will it be sunny in the morning? Will the day turn back to me? Will I be here trying to sing About the laughters carried on butterfly wings? What if I stay, to see?!
