Well said. I don't know what's needed to run a site like hp, but it used to feel much busier. I read more than I write. I react and share, comment when I can. I dig around, often browse others' favourites to find poems I like. Can't rely on my home page to show me the latest from those I follow. Replies to comments get lost, too. A lot of co-written poems started out that way in ye olden days :)

This is so true. The only thing I can say after seeing my decline is that I'm lost for words and when I do write it is out of boredom. Not eagerness, like how it used to be. The only solace I can take away from all of this is that I'm glad I don't do this for a living.
