I hate the girl in the mirror
so, you'll never hear me say to
I'm good enough and the best
I know in my heart that
physical appearance defines my worth
and that
being unattractive will make me unhappy
I refuse to believe that
there is hope
I am ashamed of my appearance
no longer can I say that
I am worth appreciating for.
