The thing under the nailed boards rattles its cage But its keeper beats the floor, demanding silence. The man had finally found his heart And having seen what it could do, he locked it up forever Hoping against hope it would turn cannibal That he could forget the emotions throbbing in the space where his chest used to be.

Rattled Cages
The thing under the nailed boards rattles its cage But its keeper beats the floor, demanding silence. The man had finally found his heart And having seen what it could do, he locked it up forever Hoping against hope it would turn cannibal That he could forget the emotions throbbing in the space where his chest used to be.
