Life’s not fair At least for most it isn’t It greets you with a smile And shows you the way; But once you pass by It stabs you in the back And just when you think it couldn’t get any worst It burns you black It does take time A whole lot of it To watch it heal To watch it peal To watch it fall and fade To learn what’s wrong Before you choose what’s right Its true what they say times a teacher And scars are constant reminders of lessons learnt But as always There are a few who think they know better ( just like I ) And we fall and we learn again We keep falling and keep learning For there are no mistakes No accidents It’s just fate That whatever we have done Does matter And where ever we have been Does matter For it has led us to where we are today HERE! And from here on WE CHOOSE WHO WE WANT TO BE
