On the second day We are lost, As the tides move higher up the shores. I’m crushed by the crashing waves, And broken from the sand and sun. These numbing thoughts send me down below, Through the eyes of the undertow. When my mind is set on fire, My eyes create valleys of water. Until the day I breathe my last, I’m afraid, I’ll always sail through the maw of the hurricane.

Dark Harbor Part 2
On the second day We are lost, As the tides move higher up the shores. I’m crushed by the crashing waves, And broken from the sand and sun. These numbing thoughts send me down below, Through the eyes of the undertow. When my mind is set on fire, My eyes create valleys of water. Until the day I breathe my last, I’m afraid, I’ll always sail through the maw of the hurricane.
