I think of it as a thing that is true to all of us 
not quite knowing where to go sometimes

you will find your north, and it will be the most beautiful thing you will ever see and discover

Take a sewing needle.
Rub it on your clothing in one direction a few dozen times (wool works best).
Take a small tapered leaf.
Place it in a basin of water.
Place the needle (now magnetized by the static from wool)
parallel in the center of the leaf.I
The leaf will spin and settle eventually, the needle pointing north/south.
Never lost again.
