I hold the glow for the creatures that roam the undergrowth. I tease the weary travellers who wonder whether I can sustain life. I am the ear to the lone wolf who sings sweet songs to his mate. The holder of every star you have wished on And cursed at because it didn't come true. I paint the black sea with my white gold touch as the waves caress the sands beneath it. I kiss the naked skin of young lovers who share stories of their childhood. I am the nightlight to troubled souls resting their minds and eyes. I show that no matter how dark the world seems; a guiding light will show you the way home.
