hurt and injured
caught up in thought
I drank ginger ale
what else have I got
smudgy glasses
cold rain
pain
and rot
nothing else.
grizzly bear's playing
in my ears while the emotion-
less teardrops run alongside
my nose
head in my hands
thinking.
