I had a friend named Jake
He sat down by the lake
Beside him was a McDonald milkshake
I went closer to make sure he was awake
For he was just as still as the lake
Then began an earthquake
The earth began to shake
As I turned, after me came Jake
Then stopped the earthquake
"What were you doing, for heaven's sake?"
He replied "Looking for snakes."
"Then what caused the earthquake?"
We went back to the lake,
Only to see the Loch Ness with a backache
We both ran, neither of us spake.
