Autumn. The season where everything dies, a death filled with beauty The season in which the birds fly south in hopes of escaping the freezing grasp of winter. The season in which the bugs begin to prepare themselves for a long sleep. The season where most families come together. The season of Halloween, the season of thanksgiving. The season that smells like pumpkin spice lattes. The season that radiates yellows and warm oranges. The season in which people start to ready their winter layers like a dog shedding its summer coat. The season in which is some places snows. The season that is causes the leaves to fade from green to oranges and reds. The season that causes the ground to become crisp with dried leaves. The season that allows sweaters to be worn. The season that is my favorite. The season that is so beautiful Autumn is the season of my happiness.
