hold your breath,for a while maybe a minute or two
converge all your consciousness to your brain solicitously
intrigue it to process your subconscious and conscious
then release your fear...for its nothing but anxiety of your expectations
let the pain go...it should not consume your innerself
its just hunting thoughts of the past and it was never made to stay
picture yourself succeeding in your plans
for this is who you are
