Pressure building inside my head, My eyes feel the pulse and eyelids lead, I don’t want to be here with no one around, Under a blanket of lonely, don’t want to be found. The fear is real, the shock obtuse My thoughts intrusive without real use. Inside my brain no place for a man, No driving forward, of the past, no fan. I try to see good, in all and everyone, The bad sneaks back, by getting put down, I can’t do right for doing wrong, But I keep trying, as I have for so long Don’t look for sympathy, it can’t be found Within the circle of love there is only bland Agreement of everything, anything to keep this piece of my world from falling asleep.
