If you were timeless
Then you would know them well
The light and the road
But only in darkest night
And where no man can walk
They are fear and hope
Mystery and love with every mention of their name
Countless they have returned home
And even more they have lead far far away
They are such wonderful companions
Though one is always silent
The other can roar with great fury
