Where do the bumbles bumble?
where they laughed and played, and tumbled
why have they left the lawns and parks?
bumbling and tumbling way after dark
what made them leave, why did they go?
where they frolicked too, and fro
do they wish, that we should know?
just where they went, above, below?
clueless and wonderment remain
for we'll not see their like, again
no one left to search for bumbles
innocent and free and oh so
humble
