As the dark figure approaches Engulfed in roaches The boney hand’s tight grasp The bone-chilling rasp Like Life leaving the autumn trees With no hope to flee Everything fading away Broken apart like a puzzle left to lay Everything was meaningless The dark was seamless But like a knife through a cloth The light showed the truth

The dark hands
As the dark figure approaches Engulfed in roaches The boney hand’s tight grasp The bone-chilling rasp Like Life leaving the autumn trees With no hope to flee Everything fading away Broken apart like a puzzle left to lay Everything was meaningless The dark was seamless But like a knife through a cloth The light showed the truth
