Oh my dear, I've known you, You're my greatest fear, To what my heart turns blue, To what my eyes bring a tear, Oh my dear, I plead to you, For just a sliver of the life I knew, For a breath not too heavy, For a few serene nights, not too many, Oh my dear, You've made my ground tumble, And my soul crumble, Sitting on my chest, Like a bird on its nest, Perching on the carcass you've left behind, For that, it is how I've become defined, Oh my dear, I pray for your demise, Echoing from my heart to the great skies
