They see a pretty girl walking on her own What they don't see is a fragile person on the edge of herself They see a pretty girl with a pretty face What the don't see is the facade she tried to hide under her makeup They see a girl who's intelligence will blow you away What they don't see is that she doesn't even know the answer to her sorrows They see a girl with strong personality and a foul mouth What they don't see is that this isn't who she really is They see a girl who seem to fit in every group What they don't see is that she just doesn't want to be alone They see a girl who's capable of doing more than just a pretty face What they don't see is that she's had enough of the world They see a girl who smiles everyday What they don't see is the tears that have dried behind that smile They see a girl ... But they don't see is that she's a walking void of nothing but darkness.

What they don't see
They see a pretty girl walking on her own What they don't see is a fragile person on the edge of herself They see a pretty girl with a pretty face What the don't see is the facade she tried to hide under her makeup They see a girl who's intelligence will blow you away What they don't see is that she doesn't even know the answer to her sorrows They see a girl with strong personality and a foul mouth What they don't see is that this isn't who she really is They see a girl who seem to fit in every group What they don't see is that she just doesn't want to be alone They see a girl who's capable of doing more than just a pretty face What they don't see is that she's had enough of the world They see a girl who smiles everyday What they don't see is the tears that have dried behind that smile They see a girl ... But they don't see is that she's a walking void of nothing but darkness.
For my friend/s, you're not alone.
