Unconditional Love is when you love another unconditionally--despite any character defects or flaws they may have-but you can reject their actions.
Conditional Love is when you are loved on the conditioned you can be hated.

We look to the sky and make a wish with the first falling star we see and many many more afterwards, "What is love? Teach me Love." And then the tail's light is gone. As it takes our wish on to be fulfilled.

Oh my goodness!  What a poem.  What a thought.  I don't think that any human can love totally unconditionally, possibly (at least partially) because we might not have been conditioned to love in our lifelong relationships.  Genius short poem, Manuel.  Thanks.
