I love it. My creative writing teacher, who really taught me to write, always said English haikus are a joke because they just dont really work in our language. But you definitely did make it work here. You nailed the profound imagery- and I feel you tipped the reader on the edge of a cliff with an almost story. Try and continue this as a series. It is an incredible first attempt at haiku!
