When you work, you are so slow Counting so gradually Leaving gaps in tasks at hand Holding, later, lovers' hands You fall asleep at the wheels, driving fellow workers mad You knock off early most days to join lovers, for hot days Hardly follow any instructions Lagging behind everyday You might be sacked any day Then love lovers without pay

Work Shy Lover
When you work, you are so slow Counting so gradually Leaving gaps in tasks at hand Holding, later, lovers' hands You fall asleep at the wheels, driving fellow workers mad You knock off early most days to join lovers, for hot days Hardly follow any instructions Lagging behind everyday You might be sacked any day Then love lovers without pay
