When did it become so painful? Why did it get to the point of it being so hurtful? The search to find a trusted one goes dead, with the battle to have one to speak to, thoughts are trapped inside my head. For the love we gave was yet so sweet and pure, we still couldn't find the medication to cure. When we dragged the blade we overcame our fears. It flowed like rivers, so fast it gave you the 'shivers'. We became one and diverse, when we sharpened each pen and wrote a new verse With the promise of security, they still took away our purity. They told us to remain silent, but how could we when they were so violent? What did you expect? For them to treat us with the same respect?
