Good point, but anger, resentment, unforgiveness and bearing grudges are all self-destructive, they harm us more than those we bear them against, so they are a poison really. They damage the mind and the soul. Moving on is being able to love and forgive - it's counter-intuative but it works; Christ proved it.

Hello. I think the poem is a great one. I guess what you were trying to show is that anger is a normal everyday part of life. If I had written the poem though I would have added at the end that it's crucial for us to keep our anger in check.
