he nudges her troubles like pebbles away knowing most will return living just for today her whispers drift doubts lift clouds in play knowing winds will change skies shift and grey her moon rakes tides impulsively horizons palm to palm unaware she wears the stars his mirrored gift in glistened calm her adoration floods his seas beyond prosaic reflections he fears his own uncharted ink she loves deep imperfections
