Halibut for Almondine
is what I caught
Elusive California white fleshed halibut is delicious roasted whole with butter and toasted almond slivers. Served over a blend of wild rice and vermicelli with fresh garden garlic and onion chives and a side of champagne vinaigrette marinated and grilled bok choy.....mmmm mmmm....You got nothing on me Gladstone's by the Sea!
